Unilog’s EVOLVE 2024 conference may have wrapped up, but attendees are just getting started implementing the ideas, tools, and best practices they learned at the event. The theme of this year’s conference was “Creating Connections, Igniting Ideas” and, based on attendee feedback and social posts, Unilog helped customers do just that.
Held October 6-10 in Philadelphia, PA, the packed agenda included more than 30 sessions with hands-on workshops, executive-led roundtables, and eCommerce success stories told firsthand by Unilog customers. Joining Unilog’s CX1 Platform product experts were industry partners and tech professionals who showcased the latest technologies and strategies to help streamline operations while simplifying the buying journey and enhancing the customer experience.
Creating Connections and Igniting Ideas
Embracing the event theme, conference-goers were encouraged to share their digital commerce successes and learnings, exchange eCommerce strategies, and join in collaborative problem-solving. Attendees could also submit innovative ideas on the EVOLVE 2024
mobile app for a chance to win a pair of Ray-Ban Meta Smart sunglasses. While many great ideas were submitted, Candace Frandsen from Intermountain Farmers Association was selected as the big winner for her idea to centralize all eCommerce site sale scheduling to streamline sales management and reduce manual tasks.
Throughout the conference, attendees also had opportunities to connect with fellow eCommerce professionals, spend one-on-one time with Unilog support specialists, and engage with industry partners. They were all accessible and happy to answer questions, listen to feedback, and brainstorm solutions.
Fantastic Sessions, Sponsors, and Fun
EVOLVE 2024 was packed with sessions and topics relevant to distributors, manufacturers, and specialty retailers to help them meet their customers where they are and create new opportunities for their business.
- Unilog product experts demoed the latest product capabilities and features of the CX1 Platform and gave attendees a sneak peek into Unilog’s 2025 product roadmap.
- Additional sessions focused on organic SEO best practices, punchout capabilities for customers, analytics metrics that help improve site performance, and efficient product data curation, management, and syndication.
- Mike Mortensen, President & CEO of ARG Industrial, gave a compelling keynote presentation and shared how his company is planning for tomorrow through empowerment, culture, purpose, and digital transformation.
- Unilog’s technology partners demonstrated product extensions to enhance a digital branch including mobile messaging tools to increase customer engagement, abandoned cart recovery solutions to reclaim online revenue, and AI tools that drive efficiencies.
After info-packed sessions each day, attendees wound down at our happy hour receptions – one on the rooftop deck of the W Hotel and the other at the TechZone with our technology partners. On the final night of the conference, everyone headed to SPIN Philadelphia to play ping pong and other games while enjoying Philly-inspired food and drinks.
